Purposes and lawful basis

We use the information to answer your professional request, assess operational fit, prepare a configuration, and manage follow-up for that B2B commercial relationship. Processing relies on YSEND’s legitimate interest in handling requested commercial inquiries relevant to the requester’s professional activity (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create an account.

Data and required fields

Fields marked with an asterisk — work email, company, operating profile, and the requested volume or timeline — are needed to qualify and handle the request. Other fields are optional. Do not submit customer data, credentials, shipment addresses, payment data, or sensitive personal data.

Recipients and hosting

Data is available only to authorized YSEND GROUP sales, product, and security personnel in the internal XMS Cloud OMS CRM. The current public environment is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL in Europe (Stockholm), eu-north-1. This journey does not sell data or disclose it to third-party marketing partners.

Retention

Non-customer prospect data is retained for no more than three years from collection or the prospect’s last active contact, then deleted or anonymized. Technical idempotency fingerprints that contain no form content are retained for thirty days to prevent duplicate submissions.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction, and object at any time to this processing or commercial follow-up. Contact contact@ysendgroup.com or write to the postal address above. YSEND responds within the statutory period, normally one month. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). The form does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects.
