From ecommerce to logistics, since 2006

World Import Diffusion was founded in 2006 as an ecommerce business. Its own storage, order preparation and shipping needs led to the logistics business. A YourStore service contract dates to 2009, before formal constitution in 2010. EnvoiDuNet followed in 2013 to pool shipping volumes and negotiate transport. This experience now informs the group’s software platform.

YourStore: service contract dated 1 April 2009; statutes signed 12 January 2010; registered 29 April 2010.

Our business model

Software, logistics operations and transport each have their own billing basis. Your current signed agreement sets the applicable rates, included volumes and overage charges.

Software subscription

A recurring subscription based on your plan, users and enabled modules. Users are billed by licensed count or measured activity, as set in your agreement.

Orders and shipments

Processed volumes are measured over the billing period. Allowances and overages follow your agreement.

Logistics services

Receiving, storage, picking and packing are charged according to the services performed, separately from transport.

Transport

The quote depends on the route, service, parcel weight and dimensions. The price is confirmed before you buy the label.

Building applications with AI

Application-building usage is measured in tokens. It appears as a separate charge under your agreement.

Building apps with AI: how usage is counted

For app creation, only observed usage counts: input, output and cache-creation tokens. Cache reads are excluded. The period total is rounded up to the next thousand and priced at the applicable rate. A period without usage creates no billable AI quantity.

Quantity example: 2,400 eligible tokens over the period = 3 units of 1,000 tokens (KTOKEN). The unit price depends on the agreed offer.
