The steps, responsibilities and Self Service Logistics hand-off.
Path 1 · Shipping
Merchant account, connected store, signed quote, label and tracking: you control every shipment.
Company, email and password; no payment card at registration.
Connection is completed with you at activation; orders then arrive automatically.
The exact price appears before label purchase; tracking returns to the channel.
Path 2 · Self Service Logistics
Opening an account is not enough: Ysend activates Self Service Logistics, qualifies your requirements and proposes your file to an eligible warehouse.
Countries, cold, secure, dangerous or oversized: your criteria drive ranking.
Ysend opens a 72-hour proposal. After acceptance, the site appears in your portal.
The inbound destination is locked; the WMS receives, puts away, fulfils and ships your orders.
Your store
The channel connection is completed with you at activation. Catalog, SKUs and orders remain visible in your portal.
If you ship
Compare signed quotes, buy the label and keep tracking in the same screen.
If the network fulfils
After Self Service Logistics activation and partner acceptance, your portal shows the warehouse, SLA, carrier policy and proposal status.
After dispatch
The public tracking page shows carrier events from dispatch to delivery.

A store that notifies creates the order on receipt; a catch-up cycle runs at least every 60 minutes. WooCommerce is polled every 15 minutes, adjustable.

For the label path, you buy on carrier contracts held by Ysend.
Each store has its page: Shopify · PrestaShop · WooCommerce · Magento.
What it costs
Labels use the public grid. Fulfilment preparation is quoted after your flow and assigned warehouse are qualified.
