Does opening my account activate Self Service Logistics?
No: account opening creates your merchant account. Service activation, logistics criteria and partner-warehouse assignment follow with the Ysend team.
Can I only buy shipping labels?
Yes: connect your store, compare quotes and buy labels without placing your stock in the fulfilment network.
Can I choose my partner warehouse?
Ysend reviews your requirements and site availability with you. Discuss your preferences; the proposed site and terms need the partner’s agreement before stock is sent.
How do I pay?
Your service proposal sets out billing terms and the payment arrangements for your account.
Do I get transport volume tiers?
Yes, on your signed quotes: they follow your labels of the trailing 30 days. The public grid on this site has no tiers.

Several warehouses?
Yes for the view and the billing: each site has its flows and your clients see the whole. Coordinating picking across warehouses is not available today.
How do I bring my existing clients over?
Through a reconciled import from your previous system, with no re-keying; each client keeps its portal and invoices.
What exactly is the handheld?
An app for warehouse scanning handhelds: receiving, picking and inventory, according to operator permissions. Offline availability depends on the operation and the terminal’s configuration. Prepare access and the required data before going offline; when the connection returns, check the sync result and resolve any rejected actions. Some actions require a live connection. Sync pending work before signing out.
Are carrier invoices read automatically?
Yes: 24 formats are read and reconciled with the contracted rate before settlement.

Does the programme guarantee a minimum volume?
No: every proposal depends on merchant demand, covered needs, country, price, lead time, measured load and delivery reliability. No minimum volume is committed.
Can I publish my available capacity?
Not yet: you publish services, warehouse, price, lead time and handling capabilities. The system measures the site's current load.
Who accepts the assignment?
The partner warehouse reviews the proposal and accepts or declines it. Each proposal states its response deadline.
Who invoices the network merchant?
Ysend invoices the merchant and issues your payout. You continue to invoice your own clients outside Self Service Logistics.

Is stock replicated automatically between sites?
No: you get a read-only consolidated position, with its freshness shown, in the network console.
What about SAP?

Which languages for my teams?
This website offers 13 language choices. In your account, use the application’s language selector. Available languages can differ by workflow and mobile application. For Android installation and current availability, consult the YSEND Portal and YSEND Operator pages.

Open your Ysend workspace in a browser. Plan mobile access for your team around its roles, devices and daily work.
Where can I check my channel’s connection requirements?
The Self Service Logistics page lists the channels in the catalogue. Before activation, we confirm the supported exchanges for your seller account: orders, product references and tracking. Product-catalogue import depends on the connector.

xms-cloud.com is this website’s address. The platform is presented under the Ysend brand. YSEND GROUP is the trading name of YSEND, the group’s holding company.

How do I pay?
Your service proposal sets out billing terms and the payment arrangements for your account.
Where can I follow my invoices?
Your authorised account users can review invoices and the associated service charges in the portal.
Transport
Do I need to sign a carrier contract?
No: you buy your labels on the contracts held by Ysend, your single counterpart for the price, the label and the tracking.
Can I switch carrier on a network label?
No: the label is locked to the assigned carrier.
Network
Can I choose my warehouse?
Ysend reviews your requirements and site availability with you. Discuss your preferences; the proposed site and terms need the partner’s agreement before stock is sent.
How long does a partner have to answer?
Each proposal states its response deadline.
Can a partner publish its capacity or version its rate card?
Not today: it answers proposals and files its rate card in its own name.
Integrations
Is my store synchronised instantly?
Where supported, store notifications queue orders for validation and import. Scheduled checks use the interval configured for each store; processing and retries can take longer.
What about SAP?
Ported connector, to be qualified on your instance during the configuration review.
Are partner API keys self-service?
No: they are issued by a Ysend administrator.

Where is my data hosted?
This website is hosted on AWS Europe (Stockholm). Ask our team for the hosting region and client access controls that apply to your Ysend service.
How do I get my data back?
You can request a ZIP containing nine datasets: products, customers, orders, order lines, stock, inventory movements, configurations, configuration overrides and audit events. Its manifest lists files, row counts and SHA-256 hashes. Shipments, invoices, proof-of-delivery documents and media are not included; arrange their delivery separately.
