Privacy
This notice covers projects prepared with the Ysend assistant and sent to Ysend at your request, as well as email enquiries. It is separate from the service terms and data-processing agreements for platform customers.

How to contact us
The assistant helps you outline a project. Before sending anything, you review your name, company, email and project summary, then choose whether to submit. If you confirm, the enquiry is recorded as a prospect in our CRM; this does not confirm email delivery. An optional, initially unchecked choice lets you invite a Ysend adviser. If selected, eligible customer-success and commercial staff are notified; you can continue with the assistant until one adviser claims the conversation. Returning to the assistant closes the invitation. You can also write to us yourself by email. Neither route creates an account, activates a service or subscribes you to a newsletter.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your enquiry data to answer your enquiry, understand your requirements, prepare your project and follow up on the business discussion. The basis remains Ysend’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries related to your professional activity (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).
Data we receive
When you choose to submit, the CRM receives the name, company, email and project summary you reviewed, plus the site language, page path and limited campaign parameters when present. A technical request identifier prevents duplicate prospects on retry. Earlier assistant messages are not attached to the CRM record. If you invite an adviser, the project details you reviewed and messages shared from then on by you, the assistant or the adviser are stored in a linked project conversation. By email, we receive what you choose to send. Do not share passwords, payment details, customer data or sensitive information.
Recipients
Authorised YSEND GROUP staff handling your enquiry access the information they need in our CRM. If you choose email, your email provider delivers the message under its own terms. This contact process does not sell your data to marketing partners.
Retention
Data about prospects who do not become customers is retained for at most three years after collection or the last active contact, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to its processing and commercial follow-up. Contact contact@ysendgroup.com or the postal address above. We respond within the legal deadline. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr). Handling this enquiry produces no automated decision with legal effects.
Website features
The assistant uses your answers to prepare a summary for review. After confirmation, your contact details and reviewed summary are passed to the CRM as a project enquiry. Other website features may remember preferences in your browser; calculators send values you enter to the server for an estimate. Website fonts and scripts are hosted on this domain. Access to that conversation is held only in this tab’s memory and expires after 24 hours; its messages are stored on Ysend’s server.
Website privacy
Ysend measures use of its own website to improve it, only after your explicit permission. Off by default, these anonymous statistics help us improve the website. No form contents or visitor identifiers are collected. Statistics are retained for 30 days.
