- Orders
Orders and their SKUs come into Ysend. Product-catalogue import can be enabled separately.
- Stock
Availability goes back to the store if Ysend prepares for you.
- Shipping and tracking
Once enabled, status and tracking updates are sent back to the store during scheduled synchronization.
- Label at the displayed price
You buy each label in the portal, at the displayed price.

When your orders arrive
With the Ysend PrestaShop module configured, notifications queue orders for validation and import. Without the module, orders are retrieved on the configured polling schedule.
Long or multiline addresses may be shortened when imported. Before requesting a shipping label, compare the address in Ysend with the original order. Agree with our team how to check these addresses during setup.
What to prepare
Three things to prepare
- A Webservice key with order-read access, stock-write and status-write access, plus read/write access to tracking records (order_carriers). Add product-read access if catalogue import is enabled.
- The numeric ID of your store’s shipped status, so Ysend can map the shipment update correctly.
- The Ysend PrestaShop module, with its access and notifications configured, for order notifications. Order polling can be configured without it.
Setup uses the application, API key or integration token appropriate for your store. Agree the required access and technical configuration with our team. Do not send a store password, API key or token by email or through the public form. Also confirm how to disconnect and revoke access with the provider.
