When your orders arrive
With the Ysend PrestaShop module, every order is created as soon as it is notified; without it, a cycle runs every 60 minutes.
Addresses longer than 200 characters are truncated on import: check them in the portal before the label.
What to prepare
Three things to prepare
- A Webservice key generated in your back office, reading orders, writing stock and statuses.
- The Ysend PrestaShop module if you want creation on notification.
- A first CSV export if you want to start before the connection.
The connection is done with you at activation, with the credentials you hand us.
