Pricing and rates

Separate software cost from operational pass-through.

XMS Cloud subscription covers the operating platform and selected modules. Fulfilment services and carrier charges are separate estimates based on physical volume and lane assumptions.

Starting configurations

Choose the closest operating footprint first.

Use these starting points to compare configurations. Your quote will list the selected modules, allowances, support, onboarding, integrations, hardware, and service terms.

TRANSPORT-ONLY

Transport operations

From €499 / month

Rate shopping, labels, dispatch, tracking, and carrier invoice audit without warehouse execution.

  • 5,000 shipments and 15 seats included
  • Sized on an observed transport book of ~4,000 shipments a month
  • Warehouse modules can be added later
B2C FULFILMENT

E-commerce fulfilment

From €1,499 / month

Warehouse execution for direct-to-consumer flow: inbound, inventory, picking, packing, returns.

  • 16,000 orders and 55,000 picked units included
  • Sized on an observed B2C book of that exact volume
  • Priced at ~36% of the management overhead it automates
B2B RETAIL-INDUSTRIAL

Retail and industrial

From €1,699 / month

Case, carton, and pallet operations with packing lists, container-level picks, and compliance flows.

  • 3,000 B2B orders and 155,000 picked units included
  • Sized on an observed B2B book at 51 units per order
  • Shipments metered at the observed per-parcel rate
AUTOMATION

Site-specific control

Custom

Robotics, warehouse control system, programmable logic controller, digital twin, and edge integration.

  • Equipment and protocol review required
  • Safety authority remains site-specific
  • Commissioning scoped separately
Not included unless contracted: onboarding, custom integration, hardware, freight, fulfilment services, payment-provider fees, taxes, partner engineering, and deployment-specific support.

Platform subscription

Start with the modules and usage you run.

Every base and overage rate is derived from real operating billing — the platform is priced below the recurring management overhead it automates. Subscriptions exclude onboarding, deployment-specific integrations, hardware, fulfilment services, freight, taxes, and contracted support.

Advanced automation orchestration and advanced reporting are scoped and quoted in the configuration review — their price depends on the machines, connectors, and views your site runs.

PlatformAdmin economics

See subscription performance before opening the billing run.

The platform operator has a dedicated economics dashboard for software plans, partner subscriptions, metered usage, issued platform invoices, credits, and downstream cascade recovery.

  • 12-month billed net and gross revenue.
  • ARPU, active subscriptions, average invoice, and plan mix.
  • Revenue category and monthly trend evidence.
  • Cascade recovery, credits, top partners, and invoice lifecycle.

Fulfilment + shipping

Estimate the physical service separately.

These are the physical rates your operation or contracted operator bills — XMS Cloud never charges them. Shipping cells show the 90th percentile of real invoiced prices per lane and weight; lanes with fewer than 30 observed parcels show a quote instead of a number. Carrier service, dimensions, surcharges, account terms, packaging, storage, returns, and value-added work change the final rate.

Where these numbers come from

Derived from operating billing, not from list-price assumptions.

TRANSPORT RATES

170,282 invoiced parcel lines

Seven months of real per-parcel billing. Each lane-and-weight cell publishes the 90th percentile of invoiced prices, after excluding negotiated bulk services unavailable to public shippers.

COST FLOORS

538,784 carrier invoice lines

Seventeen months of carrier buy-side billing verify that every published rate clears real network cost.

FULFILMENT RATES

A fully reconciled billing month

Unit rates are printed rate-card values from operating billing that balances to the cent against its source invoices — quoted as observed, not estimated.

SAMPLE FLOOR

Quote instead of guess

No percentile is published from fewer than 30 observed lines — below the floor the estimator shows a quote, the same abstention discipline the platform's rate engine applies to its own suggestions.

Subscriptions are anchored to the recurring supervision and administration fees observed in the same billing: the platform is priced below the management overhead it automates. Rates last derived 2026-08-03.

Additional scope

Costs specified outside the subscription.

ONBOARDING

Workflow and data setup

Sites, clients, identities, roles, integrations, configuration, migration, testing, and cutover are scoped separately.

HARDWARE

Devices and automation

Scanners, printers, stations, wearables, robots, PLCs, network, and vendor commissioning depend on the deployment.

SERVICE

Support and operating terms

Coverage hours, response targets, environments, data location, implementation support, and service levels are defined with the configuration.

Three-year cost scope

Compare the complete operating cost.

Model sites, clients, devices, connectors, automation, data volume, environments, support, and migration across the expected growth period.

RECURRING

Software and operations

Subscription, included usage, overage, support, cloud/hosting responsibility, storage, retention, environments, and upgrade terms.

DELIVERY

Implementation

Process design, configuration, custom code, data migration, connector qualification, testing, training, cutover, and internal project time.

EDGE + OT

Physical deployment

Stations, scanners, printers, wearables, local bridges, networking, robot/WCS/PLC adapters, emulator work, commissioning, and spares.

MIGRATION

Data portability

Tenant datasets, archive generation, schema and checksum validation, independent import testing, retention, deletion, and transition support.

Move from estimate to scope

Bring the workflow and volumes behind the numbers.
