Logistics operators and 3PLs

Your warehouses. Your clients. One WMS to execute it all.

Receiving, inventory, fulfilment, offline handheld and multi-client billing under one login.

Receiving: KPIs (expected, in progress, overdue), queue filterable by warehouse and merchant

Your day

From receiving to client invoice

WMS screens; transport remains a module, not your commercial identity.

  1. 8 am — receiving

    Discrepancies show at the door

ASN, dock appointments, receiving and guided putaway: delays and discrepancies surface in the queue before they cost.

Receiving: KPIs (expected, in progress, overdue), queue filterable by warehouse and merchant
  2. 11 am — handheld picking

Your operators scan, even without network

Waves, cluster or pick-to-cart picking, packing with cartonisation: 15 workflow screens on the handheld, and the server checks every replay.

  3. 3 pm — multi-site control

Each site keeps its stock and priorities

The console brings sites, inventory position and transfer lanes together without mixing their writes.

Network console: sites board, inventory position, transfer lanes
  4. 6 pm — client billing

You bill what you actually did

Usage events, rules per client, invoice runs: the PDF invoice goes to your client's portal.

Billing: invoice queue by status, filters, generation from invoice runs

Questions

Your questions before you start

Several warehouses?

Yes for the view and the billing: each site has its flows and your clients see the whole. Coordinating picking across warehouses is not available today.

How do I bring my existing clients over?

Through a reconciled import from your previous system, with no re-keying; each client keeps its portal and invoices.

What exactly is the handheld?

An app on a scanning handheld, 15 workflow screens — receiving, inbound arrivals, pallets, pallet construction, cross-dock, picking, superscan, inventory, inventory checks, replenishment, bundling, labelling, carrier handoff, loading, returns — that keeps working without network.

Are carrier invoices read automatically?

Yes: 24 formats are read and reconciled with the contracted rate before settlement.
