Manufacturers, software providers and integrators

Connect your technology to warehouse operations.

Mobile robots, sorting systems, industrial controllers or equipment software: introduce your solution and plan its integration with the Ysend team.

Start working together

From introduction to your partner workspace

  1. Introduce your solution

Tell us about your company, contact person and the equipment or interfaces you want to connect.

  2. Prepare the technical details

Gather model details, versions, protocols and API documentation. Our team reviews your application before granting access.

  3. Arrange the tests

After approval, your team members receive workspace access. Ysend assigns the devices to be used for testing.

Check the connection

Understand the data before controlling the equipment

Review device information, telemetry and exchange history. Detailed test results and the compatibility report help you identify what needs attention.

  • Detailed test results
  • Compatibility report
  • Exchange history
  • Models and firmware versions

For your technical team

Read devices, models and test results through the API

These read endpoints require an approved, authenticated partner account. Access is limited to your organisation’s data.

GET /api/v1/vendor-test/devices
Devices assigned to your organisation
GET /api/v1/vendor-test/models
Models recorded in your catalogue
GET /api/v1/vendor-test/devices/{agvRobotId}/compatibility-report
Compatibility report and test results

Replace {agvRobotId} with the assigned device’s identifier. These requests read data; they do not command movement.

Test with equipment

The right access for each test

Observe and diagnose

Read-only tests inspect data without moving the equipment.

Send an approved command

A test involving movement needs explicit permission for a particular device, set of commands and period of time.

Robot controllers, safety controllers and machine interlocks retain responsibility for physical safety. Expired or withdrawn permission no longer allows movement commands.

Maintain your integration

Useful information for installation and support

Models and documentation

Keep specifications, API documents, firmware versions and compatibility details together for each model.

Products and parts

Maintain prices and their validity, applications, spare parts, accessories and compatible consumables.

Site connectivity

Software installed at the site establishes a secure outbound connection. Only approved equipment addresses are accessible.

Support and updates

Provide support contacts and use catalogue-change notifications to keep buyer systems up to date.

Prepare for installation

Validate your configuration on site

Start with the lab’s simulated tests, then arrange the equipment and on-site tests for your project with our team. Controller conformance tests are simulated, without a real fieldbus driver. The manufacturer supplies compliance documents; the compatibility report is not independent certification.

Tell us about your equipment or application

Start with a partnership application. Our team reviews your solution and next steps; partner workspace access follows approval.
