Receiving and samples
Sampling plans, inspections and discrepancies follow the received goods.
Warehouse quality
Connect inspection, affected inventory, decisions and corrective work so teams know what to hold and what to release.
Starting point
Sampling plans, inspections and discrepancies follow the received goods.
Damage, evidence and condition grade feed an explicit disposition.
The expected profile remains attached to the product and client context.
Decision
A receipt, count, damage report or compliance rule opens the quality work.
The sampling plan, observations and condition grade structure the decision.
The affected lot, stock or unit remains quarantined until the authorised role decides.
Release, rework, destruction or another disposition follows the non-conformance case.
Recall
Before you set it up
No. When a product’s sampling inspection fails, its available and held stock in the inspected warehouse is quarantined, not just the units checked.
The lots concerned and related lots, where the stock is, open orders and customers already shipped. Orders and customers are matched on the product, not the lot: check them before contacting anyone.
Only if you turn it on; it is off by default. You can require an approved preview before a recall is completed. Preparing or approving a preview never carries out the recall by itself.
Quality history
The record links observation, hold, approver, disposition and result.
Quality workflows govern stock; they do not replace the client’s regulatory procedure or recall authority.
Start from a receipt, damage report or recall and review every approval gate.
