01. Give every mug the same identity

Match the shop reference to the warehouse SKU and packaging in the merchant catalog. Use that identity in the inbound plan before supplier dispatch.

The next decision

Send the agreed plan to receiving.

02. Separate sellable stock from the discrepancy

Record the quantity received, release accepted goods and hold damaged units. The merchant reads the inbound discrepancy and requests a supplier resolution.

The next decision

Keep damaged units unavailable.

03. Release the orders that stock can cover

Reconcile shop orders against the recognised warehouse SKU and released stock. Send preparation instructions to the warehouse; its staff perform the physical picking.

The next decision

Release validated quantities for picking and packing.

04. Quote the parcels actually packed

Confirm parcels, weights and destinations. In merchant shipping, review available services, buy the selected labels and retain each tracking reference.

The next decision

Give the carrier parcels and customer service tracking.

05. Match charges to the work performed

Match receiving, preparation and label evidence to agreed charges. Review available and held stock separately; keep any unresolved supplier discrepancy open.

Cross-docking · Consolidated parcels

Prepare your parcels. Reach more carriers.

Pack your prepared customer parcels together in a master parcel and send it to a partner warehouse agreed with Ysend. The warehouse separates them and hands them to the selected carriers for final delivery.

Another way to ship: keep packing in your own operation and access our warehouses’ carrier network, with more choice and potentially better rates.

The return connects customer, transport and warehouse

The merchant authorises under its policy; transport brings the parcel back; WMS inspects; OMS owns exchange, refund, backorder or case closure.

Before you decide

Choose the logistics for your brand.

Ysend then finds a suitable warehouse and guides you through the first stock receipt.

Do I have to hand my stock to Ysend?

No. You can keep your fulfilment operation and explore shipping services. If you want to delegate receiving, storage and picking, the Self Service Logistics path lets you plan that setup with Ysend.

When should I send stock to a partner warehouse?

After the service is confirmed, the partner warehouse accepts and you receive inbound instructions. Preparing the project does not authorise sending goods.

Can I start preparing my budget?

Parcel and Self Service Logistics price previews remain available. They use the details entered and the conditions shown. The Ysend team then confirms service availability and the arrangements for getting started.
